Tour Overview
Join The Hike Collective and Gogo Active Tours for this unique and beginner friendly opportunity to discover a magnificent area of Perth through hiking and kayaking along the Swan River.
Embark on one of two options to start your tour, through a 2.5km hike along the cliffs along Blackwall Reach, or a gentle paddle down the river to the Bicton Baths. After a morning tea break for fresh juices and nibbles, the hikers get to enjoy a paddle and the paddlers head off on a hike. This tour combines beautiful scenery with rich history, where you can enjoy the cooling effects of the gentle paddle, and discover the magnificent stories of the land.
One of the most prominent features of the this tour is the limestone cliffs that rise eight metres out of the Swan River. The cliffs have been formed by the eroding processes of the river, which flows from the wide expanse of Mosman Bay into the narrow gap of Blackwall Reach.
This tour is a special edition experience brought to you by two of Western Australia’s premier active tour operators, The Hike Collective and Gogo Active Tours. Spots are strictly limited for this small group tour, so we recommend booking your spot early.
