Here we take the time to enjoy the birdlife that live, hunt and breed in this unique regional park and learn a little of the first Australians who lived in the area as well as the first European explorers that settled the Swan River Colony.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-US\">We continue our paddle and explore the alluvial islands and estuarine vegetation of the Canning River Regional Park before arriving at Kent Street Weir. After a ~40 minute well earned break we jump in our kayaks and head back to our start point via a slightly different route but again taking time to absorb the areas beauty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>No paddling experience is needed.
